Please note that we do not take credit cards on purchases in excess of €100,000 without prior approval.
For orders over €100,000 we require you to call us in advance to arrange payment. Orders placed on our website in excess of €100,000 will automatically be canceled if prior arrangements have not been made.
We reserve the right to decline purchases until payment is received by us.
Currently, we do not offer financing. However, we accept multiple payment methods, including Bank Transfers, Crypto payments, and Debit/Credit card payments, to make the purchasing process easier for you.
We charge sales tax as applicable and that is calculated upon checking out your desired product. If you have any questions, please contact us.
For international orders, our charge covers both shipping and applicable duties.
If you are in the market for a specific item, we can try to source it for you. We have an extensive network of suppliers, so if the item is available, we will find it.
Her Birkin Bags normally ships 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. In the Netherlands, shipping is via PostNL or UPS. Hermès Birkin, Kelly and Constance bags are shipped overnight. If shipping to the United States, shipping and insurance are complimentary. We will use UPS if shipping to a PO Box.
*Please note we mark our shipments "Direct Signature Required" and our carrier will not leave your package without direct signature.
